The Championship game is today! California (West) vs. Chinese Taipei (Asia Pacific). Highlights of the tournament for me

Watching team Canada. They just had to play two really good teams. They were my team to root for this year.
Homers baby. 61 so far in the tournament.
Georgia (Southeast) was also awesome. I can't believe they lost to Cali though
Chinese Taipei is my team to win today. What's yours?

Little League World Series 2009 (The Video Game, not the Real thing)

Ok with no announcement of MLB Power Pros 2009 in the states *crowd boos 2k Sports*, I am thinking of getting Little League World Series 2009. Here is one of the trailers: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8hRXPC9AxE. Looks nice and with my favorite game being MLB Power Pros (see earlier post), I don't mind the weird looks. But I've read controls are wonky. Does anyone have this game or its preceeder for Wii/DS (Yes people at http://mlbppworld.com, I have a Wii!!)? The price went down from last year ($49.99 for Wii to $29.99 at a local Target, $39.99 on http://Amazon.com) and well, I love create a team modes, which is the main mode in this game. Comment!

Should I join or not? TECHNICALLY I'm too young, but all of my friends are on Facebook. Plus it is easier to say stuff that you want to say, more people look at it a blog. Also, it's pretty easy to lie about your age (recently did it to play fantasy football on Yahoo). So should I? Also, PLEASE look at this blog more often. I will try to update it more often. I'll also send out an e-mail asking the same question.

Not Worth it. Worst 40min. of my life. It was very boring. With a puppet show in SPANISH! No food (big seller for me). And overall, STUPID!!!! The only good thing that came out of it was getting a frosty afterwards *Does a Fist Pump*

MLB Power Pros: aka the best game EVER!!!

Now some of you may go "What the Heck!? The characters don't have legs! The announcer is horrible!" Well the part about the announcer is true but other wise, This game Rocks! The controls are easy to grasp, but realistic. The physics in game are top notch. Two GREAT RPG modes (Success, MLB Life). What's not to like?

Like most of my favorite authors, Ridley Pearson also does something other than write novels for kids. In his case, he writes adult thrillers/mysteries. Most known for his Peter and the Starcatchers series (co-written by Dave Barry), but I like him more for his Kingdom Keepers series. Taking place in Walt Disney World, five teenagers must defeat the evil Overtakers before the overtake the theme parks.
